Selkirk Board Butter is what I use to finish and protect every board I build. Cutting boards dry out over time with normal use, so it's important to apply board butter every 2 to 3 months to keep the board sealed, nuroushed, and protect against moisture penetrating your board. Made from natural waxes and food grade mineral oil.
