This is a stout, but not overly think, Walnut board that's built for a lifetime. It measures approx 11 x 17 x 1, and features a juice groove, and and engraved elk in the corner. The rubber feet make this board so nice to cut on, as it grips the counter, they also help to dampen noise when chopping, and prevents moisture from being trapped under the board (which can cause swelling and cracking). The board is sanded to a fine finish, seasoned with food grade mineral oil, and then finished with Selkirk Board Butter. Other sizes available, please contact me for more info.
